Antique Cushion Cut Lab-Grown Diamonds
An industry leader, Lauren B is one of the first to offer vintage style cut lab-created diamonds. Also known as old mine cuts, these diamonds are distinguished by their chunky facet style and open culet at the bottom. In their natural form they are very rare and expensive but now made more affordable in lab grown diamonds.

Lab-grown, or lab-created, diamonds have become increasingly popular due to their identical appearance to natural, mined diamonds. In fact, lab-grown diamonds are just as real as natural diamonds—the only difference being where they were formed.

They are formed in a lab over 6-10 weeks in conditions replicated to mimic the natural diamond formation process. There are two methods to create lab-grown diamonds: HPHT (High-Pressure, High-Temperature) and CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition).

Lab-created diamonds are both cost and eco-friendly. The efficiency to produce them is a major contribution to their attainable price points. Additionally, those who are concerned about the ethics of mined diamonds do not have to worry about the environmental toll of creating a diamond in a lab.
