Emerald Cut #diamonds are a step-cut shape with linear facets that create large broad flashes of light for an elegant, understated sparkle. There are different ways to add metal color to your ring design. For a more subtle approach see the ring on the left where only the wrap of diamonds underneath the center-stone is done in #rosegold. Compare that to the design on the right where the entire band is #rosegold and the top portion is done all in white. -
TIP: we usually recommend our clients to keep the prongs white gold or platinum to help preserve the color of the center-stone; if they are rose or yellow, the metal color can "bleed" into the center-stone causing it to look a shade or two darker.
